Job Description

Prepare Org Charts in a standard format with all JDs / RAMs

2. Support in Budgeting Exercise - through market benchmarking

3. Support in Recruitment at PAN India Level; conduct reference checks / background screenings

4. Support in drafting policies / get inputs / gauge gaps

5. Draft Employee Handbook - do all preliminary work

6. Work with CHRO on PMS Excel sheets - in calculating compa ratios / increments / letter preparing / letter issuance

7. Handle complete on-boarding exercise and make sure that it creates significance employee experience - induction / id card / visting card / laptop / seating etc.

8. Ensure all joining forms are entered by new employee in the HR portal

9. Take declarations from new joinees on having read and understood - Employee Handbook ; Code of Conduct ; Whistle Blower Policy; Anti - Bribery and Corruption Policy; POSH on the HR Portal

10. Issuing Appointment Letter through HR Portal an taking acceptance on the same digitally

11. Ensure all joining forms are entered by new employee in the HR portal

12. Support in Comp and Ben benchmarking - preparing roles for each unique position at PAN India level ; putting everything together for takeing up with Hewitt / Mercer etc

13. Support in HR Digitization across all areas of HR

14. Execute training calendar

15. Drive employee engagement initiatives at corporate office
